Traditional retailing of French meats

The “traditional retailing” branch is specialized in the sale of carcasses, quarters and muscles that are exclusively French and mostly of the Limousin species.

In the Limousin and Aquitaine regions, the traditional “Wholesale” activity of the group, attached to the municipal slaughterhouses and grouping 5 companies, is specialised in:

 

  • the purchase and trade of live animals,
  • wholesale and direct wholesale cuts,
  • the boning of bovine and ovine meat.


The range of carcass and muscle products, exclusively French and mostly of the Limousin species, is marketed in traditional butchers and in supermarket meat sections.


Each company works in totally secure environments.
